LEADERSHIP

MUSTUFA ERAN

PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT & PLANNER

Mustufa is a visionary architect with a Bachelor’s from Sir J.J. College of Architecture and a Master’s in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a post-graduate degree in Real Estate Design from the prestigious Wharton School. As the founder of his firm, he specializes in Architectural Design, Urban Design, and Heritage Conservation, leveraging over 20 years of experience, and has directed development and redevelopment initiatives for numerous projects in urban and semi-urban centers. Through his knowledge and international exposure, Mustufa approaches each project as a unique opportunity to explore ideas of physical and social context, program, sustainability, space, and object-making.

Mustufa’s marque projects include fashion outlet Zara’s Flagship store in Fort, Mumbai, a Luxury Boutique Hotel in South Mumbai, and a Pharmacy College Campus in Aligarh. He has also worked on several restoration projects in the Heritage Precincts of Mumbai. Mustufa has also been the Consulting Architect of the Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust which has undertaken one of the largest urban renewal projects in Mumbai.

Shabbir Eran

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Shabbir is an accomplished Engineer, who graduated from V.JT.I. Institute in Mumbai. As a key structural lead, he specializes in delivering complex projects in a competitive market.
With a wealth of experience managing interdisciplinary teams, Shabbir has successfully overseen the design and execution of large-span structures and high-rise buildings, emphasizing seamless coordination. His roles range from structural design to peer review, demonstrating his deep expertise in the field.
